Are you an experienced paid media professional with expertise in Lead Generation as well as Paid Ads for Social Media, Search, Apple App Store (ASA) and Google Play (UAC) within the B2C space? PNP is looking for a Paid Media Specialist to lead its paid media strategy and implementation. Working with an impressive team of marketing professionals, you will have an integral role leading the company’s biggest digital program with a focus on lead generation, PPC and more, working alongside a talented team of marketers inside an organization that prides itself on producing the highest quality mobile app and web experience for Christmas lovers worldwide.

Main responsibilities

Contribute to the strategy and lead the implementation of the paid ads portfolio, including for Social Media, Search, Apple App Store (ASA) and Google Play (UAC) ad campaigns.
Responsible for strategic planning and tactical execution while delivering positive, quantifiable results on the business.
Manage cross-platform ad campaigns with a performance focus (ROAS, CPA, CPI).
Implement each strategy leaving no detail overlooked, from technical campaign setup to creative ad copywriting to ad spend management.
Optimize and troubleshoot every aspect of your campaigns to generate results.
Analyze and report on account performance and communicate new opportunities.
Ensure proper conversion tracking and attribution is set up.
Collaborate with internal team members to learn about our business goals, online advertising needs, and proactively provide recommendations.
Be a leader within the team displaying senior experience in the PPC space.
Proficient in keyword research and PPC optimization.
Establishes various performance metrics and produces the relevant reports in and post season for the CEO, CFO and management as well as external stakeholders.
Tightly manages the paid ads budget, budget pacing and attribution reporting.


4+ years experience with Google Ads & Facebook Ads
2+ years of experience with UAC and ASA
Data-informed, analytical mind
Experience with Pinterest Ads, TikTok Ads and/or affiliate marketing a plus
Superb time management and organizational skills
Ability to work autonomously and handle multiple projects concurrently
Self-driven and motivated to thrive in a results-based environment
Google Ads certified
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English a must, French or other language an asset)
University degree or equivalent in Marketing or related fields/disciplines
5+ years of experience in marketing of B2C digital products (web and mobile apps)
Experience managing global paid advertising campaigns


Proficiency in a language other than French and English (ex : Spanish and Italian) is a bonus


Needs to be available full time from August 2022 to January 2023
The capacity to work under pressure and off-hours sometimes (ex : need to coordinate with media worldwide)
Will need to have access to their own computer (Mac or PC)
